I am familiar with the feeling of being alone, isolated, confronted with ourselves, with burdens that seem to weigh even heavier every day. As the world appears darker and darker, the burden that exists within us becomes increasingly oppressive.

Sometimes, it is difficult to ask for help from a loved one or someone in our circle, perhaps out of fear of revealing what is troubling us and hindering communication. Some people don't realize how much a simple word can impact us, and it is sometimes difficult to step back from our way of thinking in order not to impose it on others. This situation hampers communication and only worsens our negative state.

It is true that speaking, expressing oneself in a world that seems to be upside down can be complicated. Repressed or unexpressed emotions make our lives difficult, as we do not truly get to know ourselves. We underestimate our potential, which knows no limits when we are aligned with ourselves. But how can we know who we truly are in a world immersed in a fog that imposes this condition on us?
