What is reality? Who’s to say we all live in the same reality?
In philosophy, it is said that *"he who seeks to know what the world is, also seeks to know who it is. The question of reality is, therefore, an ontological question, i.e. one that relates to the study of being".
So, does 1 reality exist on earth? If there's only one reality, why is it possible to modify it?
On earth, where the human being evolves with his consciousness of good and evil, of his values... and this no matter where he is on earth, without ethnic race, social belonging, we reach a point where our inner thoughts convey a form of thought, a belief, which will trigger Our reality on the world in which we live, where we exist. This triggers several responses, and when the thought is verbalized, it will take different directions depending on the expectations, limits, etc. of its audience, which in turn, with its reality, will create yet other directions, other beliefs.
This brings us to the important point that there isn't just 1 reality, but several. Our limitations, emotional flaws, etc... will create a form of thinking that will have an impact on verbal formulation, on the way we see the world and therefore how we interact with it, with the people who live in it, with objects, and with all other forms of life.
One reality is not identical to another, and even if one reality seems to emit the same essence, it will always remain unique in its resonance. Remember, when we confront each other, hate, love, talk, etc... and no matter what the person says, it's 1 belief among many. Because this reality is part of our inner self, where limits exist, and so will be created according to it. It's not necessarily understood in the same way by everyone. This creates several realities from the same core audience.
In other words, no one is right or wrong. If this notion were properly integrated, there would be far less violence and wickedness on earth. By wanting to impose our reality, we distort our relationship with others, but also with the world. Because we put limits on how we see the world. It would be far more interesting to see the world as multi-faceted, and therefore to respect the fact that others don't see it in the same way, thus integrating compassion. Who wants to live in a black-and-white world? It's far more beautiful to admire colors, where each emanates a unique version of its color.
A reality comes from within a character, where only he can see all its facets, without ever being able to make others see them in their entirety. If only man would stop fighting, and accept who he is, first of all, to be able to accept the other as he is at the moment he is. To see them not in terms of themselves, but in terms of them and their reality.
The course of life is an infinite apprenticeship, where the earth is the first school of life, and where each experience will make this reality grow, bringing us ceaselessly to evolve in a plenitude, if we no longer seek to emit, but to feel what crosses us in this reality. Reality always has a limit when it's verbalized, because it often includes judgments or any other negative thought that is not mastered but felt on 1 reality that is ours. We react before we understand it, which triggers social misunderstandings in external reality.
Reality is the reflection of our soul, which often has an ego suffering from negative life experiences. This brings us to point two, that reality passes through the person's soul.
When two people look at the sunset, one will see it as wonderful, and soothing, reminding him of the best moments of his life, triggering a deep feeling of love in his reality, which he will convey verbally.
Whereas the second will see it as a stressful, pointless moment, reminding him in his reality of the lack of love from his childhood, creating permanent stress, to the point where he becomes blind to the beauty of life itself, making this sunset negative, and looking at what he sees, then, as ridiculous by verbalizing it.
In a respectful world without duality, these two beings would agree not to share the same vision, each remaining in their reality. But if one of them tries to impose his reality on the other, the discussion is likely to be very unpleasant.
We're so lacking in self-love that we don't even realize that every word we say is nothing more than an inner reflection in a permanent fog. When the sun shines on the shadows, we work with ourselves, accept the parts of ourselves where our reality becomes our priority, without distorting those of others, and accept the realities that suit us or not, without comparing them.
If everyone could work on their inner selves, accepting that they are not perfect beings, but working to become better ones, the world would be a much better place.
The illusion is to believe that we have to live in a reality formatted by a single form of thought. A single way of thinking is impossible, where the world brings together different people, both in form and in content. We will always have a single way of seeing and reacting to the world. Because we never experience the same situation in the same way. It's important to remember that we are all unique and that this uniqueness creates a world rich in beauty.
It's important to be able to exist in these different realities, where we can draw what we need from each other to transcend what needs to be brought to light. Diversity of thought is an opportunity, a place where we can change everything within ourselves, accepting that the illusion is the ego, which is only the mirror of what needs love. Then realities will be less harsh, and more harmonious. Reality only takes the form of duality if we make it exist through our emotions.
You need several musical notes to create a melody. We all have a unique note within us. Let's create music together, where our differences will be the melody of life.
